Mr. Ramyan Alramyan

Board Chairman

MBA Harvard University

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Ohio University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University, Mr. Rayyan possesses extensive experience in the financial sector both domestically and internationally. He has successfully led a diverse range of roles and responsibilities, including asset management, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development and planning. His accomplishments include spearheading significant projects that required innovation, strategic vision, and both domestic and international asset management. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Risk at SEVEN, the Saudi Entertainment Projects Company, and is a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee at the General Authority for Military Industries, as well as the Internal Audit and Risk Management Committee at the Royal Commission for AlUla Development. He was a founding member of the Saudi Clearing and Depository Company, a subsidiary of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), where he headed the Risk Management Department for over five years. Furthermore, he has contributed to the implementation of various initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Yousef

Managing Director and Board Member

With over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications, information technology, and investment sectors, Eng. Abdullah has founded multiple companies across various industries. He played a pivotal role in the establishment of Zain Saudi Arabia, contributing significantly to its numerous achievements while holding several leadership positions. Possessing extensive expertise in administrative and managerial roles, he currently serves on numerous boards of directors and executive and investment committees. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Communications in 2008 and earned a Master of Business Administration with First Class Honors from Al-Faisal University in 2020. Mr. Abdullah completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Spain and holds multiple professional certifications in information technology, telecommunications, management, and leadership.

Mr. Yazid Al-Zoom

Mr. Yazid possesses deep expertise in maintaining corporate equilibrium, coupled with strong entrepreneurial, negotiation, and operational skills. He boasts a distinguished track record in the company formation, team and department building, and policy and procedure development. As the CEO and co-founder of Dar Al Masader Group, he holds leadership positions on the boards of directors of global companies such as First Shield Cybersecurity, a leading German solar solutions company, a primary healthcare company, and Pixxells Smart City.

Mr. AbdulAziz Al-Faris

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Leeds University.

Mr. AbdulAziz possesses extensive skills and experience in management, banking operations, deal structuring, market risk assessment, and a deep understanding of capital markets. He previously worked as a Head of market Risk Management at Tadawul (Saudi Exchange), playing a pivotal role in launching the futures market settlement system and the money market in collaboration with Nasdaq. His expertise is also evident in risk management, relationship building, and fostering growth across various sectors, as showcased by his previous role as Senior Relationship Manager at SABB Bank. Abdulaziz is currently a board member in a several companies and Real Estate Funds.
